Tonight we will join our neighbors for dinner out at an Ethiopian restaurant. For them, it is their last "homework" assignment as they finish their mandatory adoption workbook Eyes Wide Open; for us, it is the first assignment we will complete, before we even get the workbook! We are so excited to get to share the experience with their family. With Angela's selective food preferences, it is guaranteed to be a dining adventure. Hopefully, they will have diet soda on hand... culinary authenticity be darned!
