What Matthew Thinks

A 3-year old's perspective always makes me smile:

1. What is something you will say to your baby sister?
>I love her, that’s what I will say. Can we call her?

2 Where is your baby sister at now?
>E-thee-OH-peee-uh.

3. Where is Ethiopia?
>Across the ocean!

4. How will you make your baby sister laugh?
>When I laugh, it will make her laugh.

5. What will make your baby sister cry?
>I don’t know that question.

6. What will you do when she cries?
>Give her hugs and kisses and sing her songs.

7. What will your baby sister look like?
>She will look like a baby.

8. What will your baby sister like to do?
>I don’t think she can use my sword yet, not till she’s big. Little babies can’t use swords.

9. What will you do with your baby sister?
>Give her hugs and kisses, and I will pat her and stuff.

10. What do you like about your baby sister?
>I don’t like her crying but I like her to be happy.

11. What will your baby sister like to eat?
>Do babies eat croutons or carrots, or not? Or cucumbers?

12. How are you and your baby sister the same?
>I don’t know that one.

13. How are you and your baby sister different?
>My baby sister won’t watch TV.

14. Will you share your toys with your baby sister?
>Yes. If she shares her toys, I will share my toys.

15. Will you share Mommy and Daddy with your baby sister?
>Yes, my daddy will be her daddy, okay?
